St. Louis Secures Prestigious Scientists Booking In 2015
The St. Louis Convention & Visitors Commission (CVC) has booked the American Society for Mass Spectrometry’s (ASMS) Annual Conference on Mass Spectrometry and Allied Topics in 2015. The convention, which will use more than 21,200 room nights, will take place May 29 – June 5, 2015. It is expected to attract 7,000 attendees and generate $6.9 million in direct spending.
Members of ASMS work in academic, industrial and governmental laboratories. The organization, formed in 1969 to promote and disseminate knowledge of mass spectrometry and allied topics, features a membership of more than 7,500 scientists involved in research and development.
