St. Louis Brewers Guild Heritage Festival – June 13 – 14
The annual St. Louis Brewers Guild Heritage Festival is back and better than ever! Enjoy St. Louis’ booming brewing scene by joining 23 area beer makers as they come together for the 8th annual festival. Taste more than 100 craft beers, enjoy eats from more than half a dozen food trucks and listen to live music from nine local musicians and groups. A VIP experience is available with access to air-conditioned bathrooms, exclusive tappings and preferred parking. Tickets are $35 in advance, or $45 at the door. Beer sampling is only those over 21. Don’t forget to bring your ID!
Get Outdoors at the Gateway Arch – June 14
In honor of National Get Outdoors Day, more than 10 organizations have partnered up to provide you a free outdoors celebration. Kids of all ages are invited to the park grounds from 9 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. to get outside and explore nature with activities that encourage education, exploration and adventure. The day’s activities include a rock climbing wall, fitness sessions (PiYo, Yoga, Zumba and Insanity), live music, amateur radio demonstrations, geocaching, orienteering, a bicycle safety town, solar-powered s’mores cooking, hoop dance demonstrations, an Ultimate Frisbee exhibition game, Bobber the Water Safety Dog, and much more
International Cheese, Wine & Canine Festival – June 14 – 15
Get up close and personal with more than 35 different breeds of dogs originating from all parts of the world while sampling an international smorgasbord of wines, cheeses and snacks. Watch some amazing cultural dances including belly dancing as well as Scottish, Irish and German dancing. 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
