Happy Friday! It’s time for a fun-filled weekend in St. Louis. If you are still pulling your plans together, here are a few suggestions to help make this a memorable weekend.

Avengers Assemble – February 6
All loyal Avengers fans are welcome at the Saint Louis Science Center for First Friday. Rare editions of the Avengers comics will be available along with the option to design a superhero, explore Marvel’s history of the Avengers and learn more about the science behind superheroes. There were also be special presentations, demonstrations, trivia and several other activities for guests to enjoy.

A Toast to 250: Celebrating the Past, Present, and Future in St. Louis – February 6
250/250 exhibit is coming to a close and the Missouri History Museum is sending it out in style. Get your tickets to their Toast to 250 on this Friday at 8pm. Beverages from Urban Chestnut Brewing Co will be provided, cake from McArthur’s Bakery, live music with Benet Schaeffer and the St. Louis Social Club, and more!

Mardi Gras STL – 22nd Annual Beggin’® Pet Parade – February 8
It’s time to dress up your pooch and head to the parade! The annual Mardi Gras event features adorable canines (and sometimes a pig or exotic bird) dressed in their best gold, purple and green clothing.  Following the parade join everyone for a live performance by the Blues Travelers!

Mardi Gras STL – Taste of Soulard – February 7
Sample from some of the neighborhood’s most delicious offerings, and have a brew during the highly anticipated Taste of Soulard event.

St. Louis Architecture: A Proud Heritage Exhibit – February 6 – April 26
Make your way over to the International Photography Hall of Fame for their new exhibit: St. Louis Architecture: A Proud Heritage Exhibit.  The exhibition features the work of ten contemporary photographers who celebrate the architectural fabric and spaces St. Louisa’s inhabit for shelter, spirituality work, recreation, and governance; as well as the relationship of those environments to the past, present and turn of the city
