St. Louis Microfest Beer Festival – May 1 & 2
The St. Louis Microfest is one of the premiere festivals in the St. Louis area! Microfest is a beer tasting festival that offers festivals goers the chance to sample international and craft beers at 3 different session times over 2 days. The festival also includes live music, silent auction, food, live brewer and chef demonstration, and more than enough fun!
Cardinals vs. Pirates – May 1–3
The Cardinals continue an 11-game home stand with a weekend series against the Pittsburgh Pirates. Giveaways include a phone charger, replica Matt Carpenter batting practice jersey, and a T-shirt. 7:15 Fri, 1:15 Sat & Sun.
Cinco De Mayo – May 2
It’s time to party like its 1862, as the annual Cinco de Mayo celebration on Cherokee Street is set for Saturday, May 2, with an all day festival, parade and live music. The People’s Joy Parade starts at 1:11 p.m. featuring a menagerie of entertaining floats, home-made costume fashionistas, minstrels, Gigante puppeteers, art cars, bike brigades, Elvis impersonators, beat making marching bands and much more.
St. Louis Storytelling Festival – Through May 2
This three-day storytelling event showcases more than 26 regional and national orators. The festival concludes with a grand showcase performance at Touhill Performing Arts Center.
Roller Coaster Race at Six Flags St. Louis – May 3
Attention all runners, the Roller Coaster Race at Six Flags is set for Sunday, May 3, so don’t miss your chance to take on this unique course that winds its way around St. Louis’ favorite amusement park and under some of the nations’ most amazing coasters.
