St. Louis in June may be hot and humid, but summer is when St. Louis really comes alive. Here’s information on some of the best outdoor concerts, festivals and even options for those looking to stay indoors.

St. Louis Uncorked 2018 | June 1 – 2

St. Louis Uncorked returns to Kiener Plaza. This two day festival will feature multiple national and local music artists including Mat Kearney, Plain White T’s and more on the Bud Light Main Stage, beer, dozens of wine brands, food for purchase, local vendors and other festival experiences.

Shakespeare Festival St. Louis : Romeo and Juliet | June 1 – 24

Shakespeare Festival St. Louis stages The Bard’s best-known play, Romeo & Juliet, a deep study in young love and the intersection between politics and the human heart.

I Do I Do! | June 1 – August 12

I Do! I Do! tells the poignant story of 50 years in the married lives of Michael and Agnes.  This two character musical version of the comedy/drama at the Sheldon Concert Hall takes place entirely in a bedroom and takes its audience on a whirlwind journey that begins in 1895 and ends half a century later. I Do! I Do! offers its audiences a frank look at the miracle of marriage as Michael and Agnes experience childbirth, parenthood, and the eventual settling down to face the future and their advancing years together. I Do! I Do! will be sure to steal your heart while celebrating the many triumphs and heartaches of marriage: past, present, and future!

Golf the Galleries: Artist-Designed Mini Golf | June 1 – August 12

Tee off at the Sheldon Art Galleries this summer at “Golf the Galleries,” a playable, artist-designed, nine-hole mini golf installation! The family-friendly, accessible course will combine visual arts with the fun of mini golf to create a truly unique experience.

IndiHop 2018 | June 2

Ticket price includes a tasting glass and the opportunity to sample 50 different locally brewed and crafted beers. Sample beer inside twenty five businesses in each neighborhood. Shuttles transport folks between neighborhoods and local musicians entertain at each stop. 50 tastes, 18 bands, 5 shuttles!

Twangfest | June 6 – 9

Ready for incredible musical performances by musicians from all over the country? Look no further than Twangfest. The festival held at Off Broadway works to preserve and promote the tradition and culture of Americana music.

Life Outside Festival | June 9

This festival ams to get everyone outside to walk, run, pedal, paddle, climb and hike.  At this daylong event, try out different activities and connect with experts who can help you with equipment, advice, and tips.

The Muny | June 11 – August 12

The Muny celebrates its centennial this year with what is sure to be another fantastic season to mark its 100th year. In Jun see the amazing productions of: Jerome Robbins’ Broadway(June 11-17) and the Wiz (June 19-25)

Taste of Downtown STL | June 16 – 17

Taste of Downtown STL highlights the many restaurants in Downtown St. Louis during a free admission outdoor festival with some of the best restaurants in Downtown St. Louis paired with drinks, artists, and unique retailers. There is also a local music showcase on the main stage and special experiences with local chefs for patrons to enjoy.

PrideFest 2018 | June 23 – 24

With estimated an attendance of 300,000 attendees over PrideFest weekend last year, Pridefest STL is  one of the most-attended Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) events in the Midwest region.
