The PGA Championship is coming to Bellerive Country Club and it’s something you don’t want to miss! St. Louis is a city known for its traditions and uplifting sports culture such as one of the biggest tournaments in the world, the PGA Championship. Whether you’re a visitor or resident, this event is open to everyone. While tickets are sold out, you still have a chance to watch some of the best golfers as they golf in the best course of the Midwest by attending the pre activities which will be held August 6-8, 2018.

Monday, August 6: Opening Day Ceremony

The opening day ceremony at the 100th PGA Championship begins. This day will include watching golf rounds that feature players like Justin Thomas, Jimmy Walker, and Jason Day. Each of these outstanding golfers made it to the final round last year at the 99th PGA Championship. Some players are known to interact and talk with the crowd. Not to mention, the world famous Clydesdales will be in action. Don’t miss these historic horses as they put on a nostalgic performance.

Tuesday, August 7: Junior Day

Tuesday Jr. Day! This gives boys and girls, ages 13-18, a chance to show off their skills in a 1-day 36-hole tournament. Four kids are given free entry with one adult ticket. Be sure to complete the Medical Authorization Form and submit it back to the Midwest Section PGA prior to the event. Wednesday, August 8: Celebrating the Champions of Today and Tomorrow

Wednesday, August 8th, 2018 involves recognizing St. Louis and how it is filled with champs and influencers. Fan favorite, Ozzie Smith, will be featured as a champion as he has worked 2 decades as a St. Louis Cardinal setting major league records for assists, double plays and total chances. There’s so much happening in just three days! Come out and join the fun.

Sightseeing in St. Louis

While you're in St. Louis during the 100th PGA Championship visit one of our many world class attractions.  A visit to the Gateway Arch is a must.  The Arch just went through a $380 million renovation to the grounds, visitor center and museum.  The Muny is celebrating its 100th season this year and during the PGA they will be performing Meet Me in St. Louis.
