5 Things to Do in St. Louis this Weekend 10/11 – 10/13
Happy Friday, everyone! Here are five things you’ll want to make sure you do in St. Louis this weekend.
The Great GO! St. Louis Halloween Race – October 13
Dress up in your best Halloween costume for the Great GO! St. Louis Halloween Race on Sunday, Oct. 13. This race features four events: a half marathon, a 10K, a 5K and a one-mile fun run. After the race, participants will enjoy pumpkin pie and costume contests. Registration here.
Evita – October 11 – 20
This tony-winning musical stops in St. Louis for a limited run during its national tour. This famous Broadway classic tells the story of the powerful Eva Peron, who used her beauty and charisma to rise from the slums of Argentina and become First Lady. Through great music and dancing, find out what makes this production a production you won’t want to miss.
Soulard Oktoberfest – October 11 – 13
Be German for the weekend and head to historic Soulard to take part in the annual Oktoberfest festivities. The three-day event toasts its 10th year with live music, a bratwurst-eating contest, a strongest barmaid contest and other fun activities. Known as one of the largest Oktoberfests in the country, St. Louis’ iconic celebration is expected to bring large crowds
St. Louis Cardinals NLCS Game 1 and 2
There’s tons going on this weekend in St. Louis, but The Cardinals are taking on the Dodgers in the National Leaque Championship, and the first two games are right here in St. Louis. Fans can join in on the pre-game pep rally in ballpark village before both games where fan can see Fredbird, 2011 World Series trophy, the Budweiser Clydesdales and enjoy live entertainment.

1968 Exhibit – October 11 – January 5, 2014
Take a trip back in time at the Missouri History Museum’s newest exhibit “1968.” The exhibit includes a look at history, music, design, movies and television of this time period.
