5 Things To Do in St. Louis This Weekend | April 12 – 14

Wednesday April 10, 2019

Here are the five things you won’t want to miss this weekend in St. Louis including Color Run St. Louis, Saint Louis Blues Playoffs, and more!

Rachel Whiteread | through June 9

See the world from a new perspective in the exhibition Rachel Whiteread at the Saint Louis Art Museum.  Rachel Whiteread’s sculptures resemble household objects we use every day, like chairs, bookcases, and doors. Look more closely and these familiar possessions may start to feel strange.

Meet Me Outdoors St. Louis | April 13 – 14

Celebrate the arrival of Spring at the Sophia M Sachs ButterFly House. Enjoy special events like guided walks, nature scavenger hunts, giveaways, and children’s activities.

Color Run St. Louis | April 13

Runners toe the starting line dressed in white and are doused with paint as they run a 5k. By the time they cross the finish line, they’re covered in a rainbow of colors. The run, which celebrates healthy living, donates a portion of the proceeds to a good cause; this year, that nonprofit is Autism Speaks.

St. Louis Blues vs. Winnipeg Jets | April 14

Sunday night will be an exciting evening for hockey fans, as the Blues face the Winnipeg Jets at the Enterprise Center during the first round of this year’s Stanley Cup playoffs.

St. Louis Symphony – Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix™ in Concert | April 12

Get ready to join Dumbledore’s Army™! When Professor Umbridge™ takes over Hogwarts™ School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, what else can Harry do to resist her terrible rule? Find out in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix™ in Concert, accompanied by the St. Louis Symphony.
