Life Outside Festival 2018 | June 9

The Life Outside festival brings together area businesses, nonprofits and clubs to offer activities for people of all ages. Attendees can see, try and learn ways to spend more of their lives outside. Free activities include tree climbing, kayaking lessons, birdwatching, rock climbing, stand up paddle boarding, nature crafts and activities for kids, walks and bike rides throughout the day, gardening and yoga.

Central West End Cocktail Party | June 9

Join the party on the streets of the Central West End for the 3rd Annual CWE Cocktail Party! In case you didn’t know, the Central West End is home of the first cocktail party on record- held in 1917 by Mrs. Julius S. Walsh Jr. in her home at 4510 Lindell. Each year, the CWE pays tribute to this very important anniversary and celebrates the neighborhood history in style!

Twangfest | June 8 – 9

Now in its 22nd year, this roots music has stayed, well, true to its roots. Held over three days at Off Broadway, the lineup pairs locals like Ryan Koenig, The Bottle Rockets, and Jack Grelle with nationally known artists like Nikki Lane and The Cactus Blossoms.

Sauce Magazine’s Food Truck Friday | June 8

Gather your friends, grab a picnic blanket and head to Food Truck Friday in Tower Grove Park! Try food from more than 20 food trucks and sip local beer and wine while you enjoy live music.

Music of Pink Floyd | June 8

The Saint Louis Symphony gets in tune with its psychedelic side, along with guest conductor Brent Havens, a full rock band, lights and lasers as they perform The Music of Pink Floyd.
