State Farm Missouri Valley Conference Arch Madness Basketball Tournament | March 2 – 5
The tournament brings four days and nine games of exciting college basketball to the court at Scottrade Center as teams vie for the conference’s coveted automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
First Friday in Grand Center | March 3
Every first Friday of the month, museums and galleries in Grand Center are free and open until 9 p.m. Discover the remarkable array of visual arts in St. Louis’ premier neighborhood for culture and entertainment. Participating venues include Craft Alliance Center of Art + Design; Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis; the Pulitzer Arts Foundation; the Sheldon Art Galleries; and on the Saint Louis University campus, the Museum of Contemporary Religious Art and the Saint Louis University Museum of Art.
Annual Fire and Ice Event | March 3
Cool craft cocktails, adult snow cones, hot chocolate, frozen concoctions and more all being served up at they annual
Fire and Ice party at the Three Sixty Rooftop Bar. Guests will enjoy sweeping views 400 feet above downtown St. Louis while warming up to the redhot fire pits and a s’mores station, while cooling off at our ice bar and luge. Warm up with winter fun at the hottest party
in town. No ticket required. Free from 8-10 p.m. After 10 p.m. admission is $10. Must be 21 and over. 10% of all
proceeds will go to the St. Louis Fire Department.
Route 66: Main Street Through St. Louis Exhibit | Through July
The Missouri History Museum is hosting a popular exhibit on Route 66 through July 2017. Learn the stories about the motels, custard stands, and tourist traps that could be found along the road as it passed through St. Louis. Visitors will see a number of artifacts ranging from gas pumps to roadside signs and will even get a chance to drive the road themselves.
Orchid Show | Through March 26
The annual Orchid Show at the Missouri Botanical Garden offers visitors a once-a-year opportunity to see a rotating display of hundreds of orchids from the Garden’s expansive permanent living collection amid a tropical oasis inside the Orthwein Floral Display Hall. This year’s show celebrates vanilla!
