STAGES Presents: The Drowsy Chaperone | Thru August 21
Robert G. Reim Theatre One of the most requested shows is triumphantly returning to STAGES. This Tony Award-winning musical about people who love musicals offers a laugh-a-minute script and one show-stopping song and dance number after another.
Art Hill Film Series – Forrest Gump | July 29
This Friday catch “Forrest Gump” under the stars. Come early to grab a bite from one of St. Louis’ many food trucks! The food trucks and music start at 6 pm. Film begins promptly at 9 pm. Guests are welcome to arrive any time to claim their spot on Art Hill.
Ron Edwards, Jon Erblich & Bob Case | July 30
Ron Edwards, Jon Erblich and Bob Case will be performing the classic bottleneck slide and harmonica blues. Blues musician, historian, and host of KDHX’s “Nothin But The Blues,” Ron Edwards, plays a selection of originals and covers. All shows are included in admission or are just $5 to attend. Concerts will take place in the Lumière Place Legends Room.
Faust Historic Village Open House | July 30 – 31
Times may change, but one place in St. Louis County is committed to helping preserve a piece of the past. The Faust Historic Village will hold an open house giving guests a chance to see four homes and a total of 16 structures representing a variety of building and architectural styles that spans a period from 1840 to 1910. Guides dressed in period clothes will be on hand to answer questions and give you a peak of what it was to live back in the day!
Route 66: Main Street through St. Louis Exhibit | Thru July 2017
Come get your kicks by learning stories about the motels, custard stands, and tourist traps that could be found along the road as it passed through St. Louis. Visitors will see a number of artifacts ranging from gas pumps to roadside signs and will even get a chance to drive the road themselves.
