612North, an event space with gorgeous views of the Arch, is offering an indulgent Mother’s Day brunch buffet that includes a prime rib, honey-butter chicken and waffles, charcuterie, antipasto, fruit boards, lox with bagels, pastas, assorted breakfast pastries and, yes, a donut wall. Big Sky Café, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary, is open for brunch and dinner on Mother’s Day, offering fresh-from-the-farm favorites. If you’re going for brunch, try the Big Sky Benedict with biscuits, house-cured salmon, poached eggs and hollandaise made with local horseradish. Taking mom for dinner? The shaved Brussels sprouts salad and Buttonwood Farm chicken can’t be beat. Check out their outstanding menu.

Home of the Levee-High Pie that’s stuffed full of caramel apples, The Blue Owl specializes in sweets, but don’t ignore its savory side. Breakfast picks include chicken-fried steak and eggs or breakfast quiche. Lunch offerings include a range of crowd-favorite salads, sandwiches and soups. Take a ride to Historic Kimmswick and treat mom to a stop at this quaint and charming classic.

Treat Mom to brunch and a walk through the Missouri Botanical Garden’s natural beauty with a stop at Café Flora. From sandwiches to salads, this cafe features a little something for everyone, including vegan options and a children’s menu. Inside and outside seating is available and is first-come, first-served. Cinder House at the Four Seasons St. Louis is offering Mother’s Day brunch with a South American twist. Enjoy Peruvian fried rice with chorizo, roasted carrot, snap peas and a fried egg; scallops with coconut-quinoa granola; and other inspired entree choices. Guests may indulge in a lavish bread and patisserie display and sumptuous dessert bar. And, of course, the cocktail menu will serve up boozy favorites. Help mom unwind this Mother’s Day by digging into the boozy brunch at Eckert’s in Belleville, Illinois. Enjoy creative cocktails, bottles of bubbles and fun menu items like the Boozy Berry Smoothie Bowl with a splash of prosecco, baked French toast with brandy sauce, prosecco-soaked grapes or vodka-marinated shrimp with Bloody Mary cocktail sauce. Enjoy Mother’s Day brunch while you cruise on the Mississippi. Board the Becky Thatcher for live entertainment and great food, all with perfect views of the iconic Gateway Arch. Classic dishes like glazed ham, cornbread casserole, scrambled eggs and lemon-herb chicken will please the entire family during the two-hour excursion. The Gateway Arch brunch cruise departs from 50 S Leonor K Sullivan Blvd., and boarding begins at 10:15 a.m. for the 10:45 a.m. cruise.

At Jilly’s Cupcake Bar, special Mother’s Day cupcakes include the Key to My Heart, with blackberry-filled vanilla cake topped with strawberry, raspberry and passionfruit buttercream. The Mom Love features chocolate cake with strawberry mousse, swirled with vanilla buttercream. Mom an Elvis fan? Get her the Blue Suede Shoes with blueberry cake, blueberry curd and vanilla buttercream. Order online or stop in to pick your cupcakes up and stick around for something savory, like their famous brisket.

Does Mom love seafood? Landry’s is the spot to take her for Mother’s Day and indulge in the restaurant’s famous surf-n-turf and snapper Hemmingway, with lump crab meat and lemon butter. They’re offering a special cocktail on Sunday as well, the Peachy Day, with Kettle One peach and orange blossom vodka, Frangelico, spiced brown sugar syrup and prosecco. Reservations are recommended.

Morton’s is grilling up their decadent 12-ounce bone-in filet mignon for Mother’s Day and pairing it with the One In a Million cocktail, which blends Reyka Vodka with strawberry-rose syrup, fresh lemon juice and a bit of sparkling wine. The full menu will be available as well and reservations are recommended.

If you want to treat Mom to impeccable pastries from Nathaniel Reid Bakery this year, you have to plan ahead. Call or fill out the online order form through Wed., May 4 to pick up treats through May 7 – the bakery will be closed on May 8. Options include the Nathaniel Reid bakery box, which serves 12 with assorted croissants, Danish and kouign amann. You may also choose the 12- or six-piece macaron box, the over-the-top chocolate croissant bread pudding or a six-inch Arielle with fresh blueberries, vanilla diplomat cream, cassis confit and almond dacqoise.

Art-loving moms will appreciate a stop by the St. Louis Art Museum on Sunday for a brunch filled with dishes inspired by the museum’s extensive collection while enjoying a view of St. Louis’ treasured Forest Park. Dining will be available 10 am to 3 pm on Mother’s Day and the museum will be open until 5 pm, with Paintings on Stone: Science and the Sacred, Impressionism and Beyond and Currents 121: Oscar Murillo on view along with its incredible (and free!) permanent collection.

Orlando’s Catering is offering Mother’s Day brunch buffet with something for everyone – stations will feature omelets, pasta, waffles and sliders. Carving stations will include top round of beef  and honey-baked ham. The family can also indulge in chicken modiga, chilled shrimp, smoked salmon, eggs Benedict, heavenly desserts and more. There are set seating times and reservations and must be made by Fri., May 6 at 2 pm.
