America’s Center has experienced a $240 million expansion including a new 72,000 sq. ft. exhibit hall (bringing our total exhibit space to 574,000 sq. ft.) in the revitalized heart of downtown St. Louis’ entertainment district just blocks from the iconic Gateway Arch. To celebrate and reintroduce event organizers to St. Louis, we’re planning a special opportunity for groups that take place now through 2027 and book by December 31, 2024.

This offer is for new RFPs, based on availability and subject to change. Additional terms and conditions will apply.

For groups of 1,000 or more on peak, America’s Center will offer:

• 50% off retail rental rates
• 20% off Audio Visual provided by Encore, our in house AV service
• 10% off catering provided by Levy Restaurants, our exclusive caterer
• Complimentary air and hotel for a two-day site visit (up to four people)
• Marketing package for your event valued at $10,000
• VIP St. Louis experience for up to 25 attendees

Participating hotels will offer citywide events:

• Allowance of up to 30% attrition on contracted rooms
• $5 per paid and occupied group room night rebate
• One complimentary guest room per 40 paid and occupied group rooms
• Complimentary Wi-Fi in guest rooms
• 20% off AV services at hotel
• 10% off catering and participating restaurants at hotel
