On April 21, Explore st. Louis hosted its 10th Annual Culinary Cook-Off at the St. Louis Community College-Forest Park. The Culinary Cook off is in celebration of National Travel and Tourism Week (May 7-13, 2017) and based on the Food Network’s “Iron Chef” competition. The Culinary Cook-Off requires each team to create a three-course meal over a two hour period without knowing the ingredients beforehand. For a second year in a row North Technical has won the top prize.
