Join us for an inspired dinner with Chef Birk and experience our Food as Art series. This is a five course dinner with paired wines. The experience is limited number of guests, and is held inside our spacious restaurant with socially-distanced seating. This event is on a Saturday evening. Add an overnight stay in one of our colorful rooms, and make a night of this event!

 

1st Course
Brown Butter Scallop & Mushroom Bread
bacon corn succotash, blood orange reduction, sauté of wild & exotic mushrooms, shallots & garlic on buttered crusted bread

 

2nd Course
Duck Ragu
mascarpone, white polenta

 

3rd Course
Cast Iron Sable
english pea puree, mango-opal basil micro salad

 

4th Course
Veal Roulade
arugula, boursin, peruvian potato, pussers currant
rhum demi
