Gaby Deimeke is a portrait and music photographer based in Austin, Texas. This exhibit is filled with her bold, color-saturated images of music artists include Ed Sheeran, J Balvin, Taylor Swift and Noah Kahan. She is a cofounder of Crowdsurfer Magazine. Originally growing up on a farm in Auxvasse, Missouri, Deimeke picked up a camera to take to a concert at 12 years old and hasn't put it down since. Deimeke received a BA (’16) in Photography and Studio Art from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri, and an MA in Fashion Photography from London College of Fashion in London.

Slideshow Spotlight: Animator Noah Ilbery

Noah Ilbery (BA in Animation, ’19) is a computer graphics (CG) artist based in Maplewood, Missouri. His Moments of Imagination exhibit is a series of images that use a mixture of macro-photography and CG to make playful scenes out of otherwise mundane objects. This series is all about letting your mind play with what you see, taking a childlike approach to how we perceive the world.
