Kendrick Smith

Saxophonist Kendrick Smith will honor the life and work of his mentor Hamiet Bluiett. Bluiett, who is known for his unique style and five octave range, was an innovator on the baritone saxophone. With a discography of over 50 albums, including blues, jazz, gospel, hip-hop, and Avant grade, this show will highlight Bluiett's work and the lessons his last student learned from him.
