Manuel Barrueco – Classical Guitarist

St. Louis Classical Guitar ends their 60th Anniversary season with legendary Cuban classical guitarist Manuel Barrueco at the 560 Music Music Center E. Desmond Lee Concert Hall on Saturday, April 13th at 7:30PM.

Internationally recognized as one of the most important guitarists of our time, Manuel Barrueco’s unique artistry has been continually described as that of a superb instrumentalist and a superior and elegant musician, possessing a seductive sound and uncommon lyrical gifts.

Expect a program that includes Baroque to Spanish pieces for solo guitar by composers such as Bach, Albeniz, and Torroba.
