The next beer and food pairing at the Anheuser-Busch Biergarten raises a glass to Oktoberfest!
The dinner begins with a Bavarian flatbread topped with shredded Gouda, sautéed shallots and thinly sliced G&W bratwurst and paired with Goose Island Oktoberfest, followed by German potato salad paired with Franziskaner Hefe-Weissbier.
The entrée will be pork schnitzel smothered with mushroom sauce on a bed of sautéed German-style red cabbage. Wash down the hearty dish with Spaten Premium Lager.
For dessert, dig into black forest cake and sip Michelob AmberBock. Prost!
