No matter your age, interests or budget, you’ll find something fun to do in St. Louis this weekend.
For most of the 20th century, St. Louis’ Central West End was a hub of LGBTQIA+ community life and political activism.
This See STL walking tour explores places that were instrumental in shaping the neighborhood, including fabulous nightclubs, progressive churches, the region’s first gay community center and the starting point of St. Louis’ first Pride march.
Along the way, your guide will explain the roles that LGBTQIA+ residents have played in the growth, decline and renewal of the Central West End and other neighborhoods throughout the city.
This walking tour, like all those guided by See STL, is two hours and wheelchair accessible.
