Side Project Brewing’s annual celebration of malty, barrel-aged ales returns to Maplewood from Feb. 11 to 16.
The much-anticipated event celebrates the brewery’s mastery of barrel-aged stouts with six days of exclusive beer releases, rare drafts and collaboration highlights. See schedule below.
“Stout Week is one of our favorite times of the year,” co-owner Cory King said in a recent press release. “It’s an opportunity to showcase the craftsmanship and creativity behind our barrel-aged stouts and share some exciting collaborations with breweries that we admire. We can’t wait to welcome our supporters for a week of great company, exceptional beer and unforgettable releases.”
Feb. 11: Vanilla Day
Stout Week kicks off at 3 p.m. with delicious, vanilla-forward blends such as Continuance Blend #2.
Feb. 12: Double Barrel Night
Side Project fans can savor some of its most acclaimed double barrel-aged stouts, including pours of Double Barrel Derivation, Double Willett, Double Vanilla and Double Barrel Anabasis.
Feb. 13: Collab Night
Explore Side Project’s partnerships with renowned breweries such as Private Press, Evil Twin and The Veil.
Feb. 14: Last Chance Day
In celebration of Valentine’s Day, Side Project Brewing will tap the final kegs of beloved beers.
Feb. 15: Ten Day
Signature beers such as 10+10, 10 Candles and 10-Year Barleywine will take center stage on this themed day.
Feb. 16: Spirit-Aged Day
Try beers aged in spirit barrel, including Sound Cycle Vol. 2, on the last day of Stout Week.
