Tahir Moore

Tahir Moore is a comedian, actor, writer, producer, host, podcaster, and digital creator. Originally from East St. Louis, IL, he graduated from Harris-Stowe State University in 2008. After getting robbed twice at gunpoint during the night shift at White Castle, he decided the food service industry wasn’t for him, thus beginning his career in stand-up comedy.

Tahir began performing stand-up full time after moving to Los Angeles in 2009. He was able to hone his craft performing for inmates at a Los Angeles County jail, where he served as an instructor for various educational courses.

Tahir is most recognized as one of the viral on-air personality sensations and writers for All Def Digital, Wording is Hard, Dam Internet You Scary, and Moore to The Story. In addition to his roles in television, he has starred in commercials for Spectrum, Hyundai, JPMorgan Chase, H&R Block, TrueCar, and Verizon. Tahir keeps busy on and off the stage as a husband, father, entrepreneur, and music connoisseur.
