City Winery St. Louis and The STL Jewish Light present The Passover Project: A Musical Seder

Benefitting the STL Jewish Light
Date and Time:
Tue Apr 8 at 7:30 PM / 6:00 PM Doors

Rooted in a few examples from other creative communities around the country, the Jewish Light wanted to create a fun and unique Passover seder that both brings the community together and highlights some of St. Louis’ abundant musical talent, including members of the Brothers Lazaroff, including Jeff and David Lazaroff, Rabbis Amy Feder (Temple Israel) and Daniel Bogard (Central Reform Congregation), Rob Koritz, Anita Jackson, Joey Ferber, Michael Tzinberg, David Goldenberg and more.

Attendees will enjoy a family-friendly, but decidedly grown-up interactive seder, with songs, poetry, grooves, readings and some magical Passover story teachings connected throughout.

Some non-kosher seder dishes fashioned by City Winery’s culinary team will be featured for purchase (in addition to its regular menu) as well as the traditional four glasses of wine as a special flight (single glasses can also be purchased separated). In addition, guests can enjoy matzah and macaroons, which will be on each table, along with a seder plate.

All of the talent involved is donating their time to help the Jewish Light with this “Friend Raiser” and shine a light on the importance of Jewish journalism and its future.
