Your Guide to Fair Saint Louis in Forest Park

It is time once again for our annual Independence Day celebration, Fair Saint Louis! We invite you to check out the fair when it takes over Forest Park July 2-4 with music, fireworks and more. Celebrate America’s Biggest Birthday at this free and open to the public celebration with the sounds of hip-hop recording artist Akon, alternative rock band 3 DOORS DOWN and country music star Jake Owen. The entertainment lineup continues with rapper SuperDuperKyle, rock band Sister Hazel, pop-punk trio Eve 6, high energy group Dirty Muggs, country music’s Dan+ Shay and Matt Stillwell.

The festivities begin with the 135th Annual VP Parade on Saturday, July 1 at 9:30 a.m. in downtown St. Louis at Broadway and Market Street. The theme of the parade will be “Great Things Are Happening!”

Fair Saint Louis, July 2-4, will offer many family-friendly activities throughout the day including: Salute to the Troops, The Fairway, Festival Zone, the Interactive Zone and conclude with fireworks every night.

Saturday, July 1

  • 135th VP Parade begins at 9:30 a.m. at Broadway and Market Street in downtown St. Louis.

Sunday, July 2

  • Fair Saint Louis opens in Forest Park at 1 p.m.
  • Family entertainment in the Purina/Ameren Festival Zone, STEAM Exhibit presented by SCOPE, zip line and human slingshot rides, The Fairway, and the Interactive Zone.
  • Performances by the Missouri Army National Guard, Dirty Muggs, SuperDuperKyle and Akon on the main stage.
  • Fireworks presented by Enterprise Rent-A-Car/Edward Jones at 9:35 p.m.

Monday, July 3

  • Fair Saint Louis opens in Forest Park at 4 p.m.
  • Family entertainment in the Purina/Ameren Festival Zone, STEAM Exhibit presented by SCOPE, zip line and human slingshot rides, The Fairway, and the Interactive Zone.
  • Performances by the Missouri Army National Guard, Eve 6, Sister Hazel and 3 DOORS DOWN on the main stage.
  • Fireworks presented by Enterprise Rent-A-Car/Edward Jones at 10 p.m.

Tuesday, July 4

  • Fair Saint Louis opens in Forest Park at 1 p.m.
  • Family entertainment in the Purina/Ameren Festival Zone, STEAM Exhibit presented by SCOPE, zip line and human slingshot rides, The Fairway, and the Interactive Zone.
  • Salute to the Troops on the main stage at 5:35 p.m.
  • Performances by Ben Morgan, Matt Stillwell, Dan + Shay and Jake Owen on the main stage.
  • Fireworks presented by Enterprise Rent-A-Car/Edward Jones at 9:35 p.m.
