Hotels across St. Louis are ready to safely and responsibly welcome guests back to their home away from home. Every precaution is being taken – from check-in to check-out (if you want to leave).

    Reservations

So, you’ve found the perfect place to stay for your getaway…it’s time to reserve your dates! During the reservation process, hotels will provide a full list of health and safety protocols that you can expect upon your arrival. Additionally, there is contact information where you can ask about specific protocols in advance. It is the hotels’ promise that all visitors will be fully informed before you check-in.

    Check-in

Upon check-in, a masked lobby ambassador greets each person. Visitors are, of course, required to use hand sanitizer and wear a mask. Hotels are also implementing social distancing guidelines, including signage, physical partitions at front desks and floor markers to help guests maintain appropriate social distancing.

    During Your Stay

On a daily basis, St. Louis hotels meet and exceed the latest requirements on hygiene and cleaning for guest rooms and common areas.

Guest Rooms: hotels use cleaning and disinfecting procedures recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items: desks, counter tops, tables, chairs, phones, remotes, thermostats, cabinetry pulls and hardware, doors and doorknobs, bathroom vanities and accessories, windows and mirrors, lights and lighting controls, irons, etc.

Public Spaces: hotels have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces, with a focus on frequent contact surfaces such as front desk check-in counters, elevators and elevator buttons, door handles, public bathrooms, room keys and locks, escalator and stair handrails, fitness center equipment, bar and dining surfaces, etc.

Rest assured, health and safety are the highest priority; now is the perfect time to get away and re-explore all the wonders St. Louis has to offer.
