Explore St. Louis has launched its new training program – a Virtual Campus built for your staff to earn their Certified Hospitality Professional Certificate.
The virtual campus is cloud-based, so it’s easily accessible 24/7 from anywhere and on any device. Employees can use their smartphones, tablet or computer for quick access to four eight-minute video modules covering the following topics; quizzes follow each module.

- These Guests are Everywhere – building rapport with guests
- Referring and Recommending Things to Do in St. Louis – best ways to anticipate
- Recovery from Difficult Situations – how you impact the guest experience
For just $10, your staff members have access to the four training modules 24/7. The E-campus lets you easily provide hospitality training for your employees on their schedule. Once completed, your employees will be recognized as a St. Louis Certified Hospitality Professional. All employees will receive a certificate, plus they’ll be entered for a chance to win additional prizes!
