SnowflakeTis’ the season to enjoy an array of fun, family festivities in St. Louis! And this year there’s plenty of celebrations, shopping and of course North Pole visitors, to get you in the holiday spirit. We’ve got the list, so check it twice—because you won’t want to miss these exciting St. Louis events.

Start your holiday season in style at the Macy’s Holiday Festival of Lights on Friday, November 18 from 4-6:30 p.m., downtown at the Citygarden. This free event includes a beautiful tree-lighting ceremony, huge fireworks display and of course, an appearance by Santa Claus himself!

Kick off your Turkey Day with the Ameren Missouri Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thursday, November 24. Whether you’re a first timer or upholding the family tradition, this festive parade is always an exciting show filled with floats, balloons, marching bands and more.

Parade route begins at corner of 4th Street and Washington Avenue at 8:45 a.m.

Need a few stocking stuffer or gift ideas? Let the St. Louis Holiday Magic show on December 3 & 4 help you tackle your holiday gift list—and have a little fun at the same time! Located at the Edward Jones Dome, this shopping and entertainment extravaganza will include tons of unique exhibits and items to explore—from candles and jewelry to kitchen gadgets and chocolate goodies. Between shopping sprees, the whole family can enjoy music and dance performances, carnival rides, arts & crafts, train rides and more. And don’t forget to have your picture taken with Santa and the Holiday Magic mascot, Snowflake.
