St. Louis Symphony Live at Powell Hall Concert: Casablanca
Cozy up next to your sweetheart this Valentine’s weekend for the screening of the ultimate love story. The 1942 classic film starring Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman will be played in its entirety with the score performed live by the St. Louis Symphony. It’s the perfect date night for any couple.
Love is in the Air
Saint Louis Ballet will be performing “Love is in the Air” at the Touhill on Valentine’s Day weekend. The performance features Twyla Tharp’s Sinatra Suite featuring the classic songs of Frank Sinatra including Strangers in the Night, All the Way, That’s Life, My Way, and One For My Baby as the ballet combines smooth moves with smooth sounds. Tickets are $28 to $45. You can also have dinner before the Friday night performance in the Lee Theater where it has been transformed to an exclusive dining room catered with a menu designed in mind for your special night. The Valentine’s dinner will be accompanied by music of Sinatra and Bolling with opportunities to meet the costumed dancers of Saint Louis Ballet. Tickets are limited. 6:30 p.m.
Valentines Day At the Ritz
The Grill at the Ritz-Carlton in Clayton will be serving up a special Valentine’s dinner. The four-course, prix-fixe menu is $89 a person or $119 a person with wine parings. Also this year, the Ritz is offering a “Romance and Food” cooking class on Saturday, February 15. The class runs from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., and includes a gourmet breakfast and lunch. The cost is $109 a person.
Burning Love Festival
The city of St. Louis is celebrating its 250th birthday over Valentine’s weekend. Part of that celebration is the Burning Love Festival on Art Hill on Valentine’s night. The event includes live music, food, drinks and a fireworks display at 10:15 p.m.

Untamed Hearts: An Intimate Valentine’s Day Dinner
Treat your Valentine to an intimate evening at the Saint Louis Zoo. You and your sweetheart will be served a relaxing three-course meal including wine and dessert in the Lakeside Cafe. After dinner, you’ll have a fascinating and entertaining look at some of the secrets of animal attraction. Feel free to stay later for music and dancing. Reservations required. $125.00 per couple (gratuity and tax included). Add champagne upgrade for $20.
Three Sixty is offering a romantic evening that is sure to charm your sweetheart this year. Couples will enjoy an award-winning food menu – including great small plates, entrees and desserts with a specially-crafted four course menu offered at $50 a person and sweeping views in all directions 400 feet above downtown. Reservations are available in two hour increments: 4pm-6pm, 6pm-8pm and 8pm-10pm. Part of Three Sixty will be open to walk-ins but the Valentine’s Day four course menu will not be offered to walk-ins.
Mount Pleasant Valentines Day Dinner
Spend time with your Valentine in Missouri Wine Country at a special dinner at Mount Pleasant Winery. The menu features baked brie, beef medallions and turtle cheesecake for dessert. The dinner also includes one glass of wine per person. The cost is $28 a person.
Bixby’s Valentines Fire and Ice Dinner
Treat your special someone to a romantic evening at Bixby’s for our St. Valentine’s “Fire & Ice” Dinner. You’ll enjoy an elegant four-course dinner (view the menu) and sweeping views of Forest Park from the wall of windows. If you reserve your table at our 8:00pm seating, you’ll have an unmatched view of Burning Love’s firework show beginning at 10:15pm.
9th Street Abbey

Romance Under the Stars at the James S. McDonnell Planetarium
Enjoy and evening of romance under the starts as part of the 250th anniversary celebration of the found of St. Louis. This magical evening will be full of dancing to live music of the Soulard Blue Band, Fondue and dessert stations, drink tickets, and one complimentary ticket to see Laserium.
