Want to be an ambassador for St. Louis? Explore St. Louis is looking for volunteers to provide a warm welcome and personal service to vacationers, delegates and businesspeople at our visitor centers throughout the region. We want everyone who visits St. Louis to enjoy a world-class experience, and our volunteers are a major part of those memories!

Visitor Information Centers

Join the team at one of the Explore St. Louis Visitor Information Centers located at the Gateway Arch, St. Louis Union Station, Forest Park and both terminals of St. Louis Lambert International Airport.

Convention Volunteer Team

Our Convention Volunteer Team engages attendees during major conferences, conventions and trade shows held at America’s Center Convention Complex. This group of enthusiastic, uniformed volunteers is called to action to promote St. Louis, provide information about downtown attractions, restaurants and other establishments and help delegates navigate the convention complex.

Gateway Greeters

Gateway Greeters make sure visitors receive a warm welcome and friendly assistance when they arrive at St. Louis Lambert International Airport, whether they’re meeting a VIP at the gate or engaging passengers on the concourse.

Special Events

Event volunteers are called into action four or five times a year for a wide range of special events. Volunteers might welcome visitors at the airport, staff an information desk at a hotel or providing assistance at an event.
