North County
Nature abounds in North County. Featuring some of the region’s most beautiful parks and conservation areas, you can wander through a field of sunflowers, bike along the Mississippi River, cast a line into a picturesque lake, spot bald eagles from a pedestrian bridge and more.

WildCare Park, for instance, is a new safari experience from the Saint Louis Zoo, where researchers will study endangered species and visitors will interact with animals, adventure through woodlands and camp in the wild – if they dare.
