The ARA pools at Ameristar are perfect any time of year, but summertime is extra special. Soak up some rays in their outdoor pool or swim a few laps indoors when the sun gets too hot. In the evenings, it’s adult swim from 6 to 10 p.m. So, settle into one of the poolside hot tubs or snuggle up beside a cozy fire pit. For a day in the lap of luxury, you can reserve their poolside cabanas or day beds—complete with a personal attendant.
Chase Park Plaza
The pool at the Chase may just be the most elegant swimming spot in St. Louis. Its stone-carved porticoes and flowing fountains will have you feeling like you’ve escaped to the Mediterranean instead of the Central West End.
