Beer and Food Pairing Dinner at the Biergarten

This April, the Anheuser-Busch Biergarten will host a four-course meal, perfectly complemented by four local beverages.

The beer and food pairing dinner will begin with Parmesan-crusted stuffed mushrooms paired with Goose Island Sofie, followed by roasted butternut squash and garlic soup paired with Golden Road Belgian White.

Grass-fed Angus flank steak served with a medley of roasted vegetables, quinoa and chickpeas gets washed down with Kona Big Wave for the main course, and the event ends with “leftover” bread pudding paired with Cutwater Whiskey Mule.
