Bubbles and Blooms Afternoon Tea

The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis has launched a Bubbles & Blooms Afternoon Tea series, which invites guests to indulge in a timeless tradition with a whimsical twist.

Set in The Solarium, the hotel’s garden terrace event space, the springtime tea service will feature savory bites such as a baked tomato tart, dill-marinated salmon gravlax and egg sandwiches, alongside scones served with Devonshire cream, raspberry curd and apricot jam.

To satisfy your sweet tooth, try the lavender shortbread, rose cupcakes, raspberry-pistachio opera cake and chocolate pot de crème flowerpots.

Reservations are required, and tickets include bubbly beverages and a build-your-own bouquet bar.
