Lest We Forget

Lest We Forget is a large-scale public art installation by UNESCO Artist for Peace Luigi Toscano, featuring larger-than-life photographic portraits of Holocaust survivors as they are today.
Installed in open public spaces, the exhibition brings remembrance beyond museum walls, offering an accessible experience for all. Visitors walk among the faces and stories of those who endured one of history’s darkest chapters — a powerful reminder of the consequences of hatred and the enduring importance of compassion, courage, and human dignity. The project also brings the community together through robust community programs and a school education initiative, ensuring the message resonates far beyond the exhibition.
