Mardi Gras-Inspired Beer Pairing Dinner

The Anheuser-Busch Biergarten is pulling out all the stops for its beer and food pairing dinner during Mardi Gras in St. Louis.

The four-course meal begins with Cajun-fried boudin balls with remoulade sauce and cheesy grits, followed by a spicy Creole shrimp salad with French Quarter croutons, paired with Kona Big Wave and Michelob ULTRA, respectively.

For your entrée, enjoy seafood and sausage gumbo served over brown rice and paired with ice-cold Budweiser, and end on a sweet note with banana foster bread pudding and BCS Banana Foster Stout.
