Exuberant, extravagant and electrifying – Memorial Day weekend will be a riot of festivities in St. Louis.
In honor of National Barbecue Day on May 16, the Anheuser-Busch Biergarten will host a themed food and beverage pairing dinner.
The four-course meal will begin with a burnt ends sausage and Gruyère flatbread, followed by a salad with blueberries, peaches, Persian cucumber, Feta and white balsamic vinaigrette paired with Budweiser and Busch Light Peach, respectively.
For the entrée, enjoy a grilled ribeye pork steak topped with fresh fruit salsa, served with Mexican street corn and accompanied by Estrella Jalisco, and end on a sweet note with lemon pound cake drizzled with icing, piled with berries and complemented by Hoop Tea.
