The Builders St. Louis Home & Garden Show, sponsored by James Hardie and produced by the Home Builders Association of St. Louis and Eastern Missouri has been in existence for more than 40 years, and gives area homeowners the opportunity shop, compare and buy everything for their homes, yards and gardens in one trip!

Show visitors will find ideas, inspiration and expert advice for their indoor and outdoor living spaces, saving time and money as they find what they need to create their best home life. Plus, the Home Show is a fun day out for the whole family, with a little something for everyone. Exhibitors and sponsors, you have an opportunity to put your product or service in front of tens of thousands of potential customers at this high-quality event.

• Sales Locations: Located inside America’s Center in the Plaza Lobby and the Dr. Donald M. Suggs Lobby (9th Street at Dr. Martin Luther King Dr.).

Location and Entry

• Where: America’s Center, 701 Convention Plaza, St. Louis, MO 63101.
• Entrance: The show entrance is located at America’s Center at 8th & Washington or 7th & Convention Plaza, and at the Dr. Donald M. Suggs entrance on 9th Street at Dr. Martin Luther King Dr.
• Hall 4 Access: Entries open at 10:00 AM at the Hall 4 Convention Center entrance and at the Suggs lobby.
• Accessible Entrance: Drop-off and pick-up for guests with physical limitations is available at the Suggs lobby (9th St. and Dr. Martin Luther King Dr.) and at the Plaza Entrance (7th & Convention Plaza).

Parking and Transportation

• General Parking: More than 30,000 parking spaces are available within a 10-minute walk of America’s Center. Click here for options.
• Valet Parking: Available at 8th and Washington (cash only) during show hours.
• ADA Parking: Several ADA accessible parking facilities are located near the center.

Facility Policies

• Bag Policy: The America’s Center does not have any bag size restrictions for this event.
• Re-Entry: Attendees may exit and re-enter with a handstamp obtained from guest services at either entry.
• Food & Drink: Outside food is not allowed unless for dietary needs. Individual snacks, water bottles, and drinks are permitted, but coolers and large outside food orders are prohibited.
• Concessions: Levy Restaurants provides various dining options. Concessions are cash-free, accepting debit/credit cards, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. Note that parking and certain vendors may still require cash.
• ATM: Located in the Plaza Lobby near the Ferrara Theatre.
• Service Animals: Service animals or those in training are welcome. No other pets are permitted.
• Smoking: America’s Center is a smoke-free facility, including e-cigarettes and vapes. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas near the Suggs entrance or the Convention Center Courtyard.
• Weapons: Weapons are prohibited. Guests found in possession of a weapon will be asked to remove it or face ejection and possible arrest.
