Various Locations | $12 – $500

Cinema St. Louis presents The 35th St. Louis International Film Festival (SLIFF) November 5-15!

The St. Louis International Film Festival celebrates its 35th year with a lineup of exceptional independent films. With this years' theme, “The Declaration of Independents,” the 226 films feature topics from environmental challenges, human connection, race relations, international experiences and family friendly flicks, enough variety for everyone to find something to enjoy!

SLIFF promotes plenty of St. Louis pride, featuring a category specifically for films with connections to St. Louis and Missouri. This category features Remrod's new documentary about St. Louis Chinese food and sulture (Half Order) and the story of the remarkable Annie Malone (Annie Turnbo Malone: The Untold Story). Another St. Louis native, Joseph Puleo, will debut their documentary, Brothers in Blood: Black in Vietnam, which examines discrimination within the military and the lasting physical, emotional and social consequences veterans faced after returning home.

SLIFF takes over St. Louis, hosting films across nine venues in the area, you can check out the full schedule and lineup at the SLIFF website.
