The St. Louis Aquarium at St. Louis Union Station presents Summer Shell-ebration June 19th - September 7th!

All summer long, the aquarium is exploring the amazing world of shell-bearing animals. From armadillos to sea turtles, lobsters to limpets, learn about the wide variety of animals with this unique feature.

Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, vacation, graduation, a family outing, or simply a day at the Aquarium, Summer Shell-ebration is your invitation to come out of your shell and celebrate.

Birthday Bash Weekends:
Celebrate your birthday month with The St. Louis Aquarium during the Birthday Bash Weekends!

On June 27th-28th, July 11th-12th, and August 8th-9th, guests celebrating a birthday in the current month will receive complimentary admission on these designated weekends, along with birthday stickers.

Shell-ebration Wall:
What are you celebrating this summer? Write your answer on a shell shaped post-it and watch the community wall come to life. By summer’s end, it will transform into a massive, visual mosaic of collective joy and milestones.

Summer Giveaways:
Collectible Shell Squad Plush on select Saturdays throughout the summer. Limited to the first 200 guests with a child ticket.

Shelfie Stations:
Take a “shellfie” throughout the Aquarium with your favorite animal. Use hashtag #SummerShellebration to be featured on The St. Louis Aquarium  social media accounts.
