The Art Fair at Queeny Park

After a fantastic show this fall, the Spring 2024 Queeny Art Fair takes center stage from Friday, April 5, through Sunday, April 7! Presented by the Greater St. Louis Artists (GSLA), a not for profit organization, the show is held at the spacious, climate-controlled and newly renovated Greensfelder Recreation Complex in Queeny Park, at 550 Weidman Rd., between Manchester and Clayton Road.

The Queeny Art Fair is one of the most popular, reputable and longest-running art fairs in the bi-state region. For nearly 50 years, the art fair has been the perfect opportunity for attendees to experience spectacular art and breathtaking designs. In addition, Queeny Art Fair hosts Artists First STL, a non-for-profit artists group that offers creative resources with an inclusive and safe space for everyone to create and market their art.

Dedicated to supporting a strong student art community, proceeds from the event will provide funding for scholarships for full time college art majors from the St. Louis/Bistate region. Three scholarships will be awarded to students attending local universities this fall, who will also showcase their work at the fair this spring.

Over 129 of the best, hand-selected, juried artists from over 15 states will display their original works of fine arts and fine craft, ranging from digital art, drawing and print, glass, jewelry, painting, photography, ceramics, sculpture, and more. Collectors and first-time art purchasers enjoy high-quality, talented artists from across the country while gaining insight from the artist about the story or process behind each piece. Artwork of all mediums are available in a wide price range.

“After the successful fall and spring shows of 2023, we are so excited to see what inspiring work the spring artists of 2024 will bring to the event,” said Katherine Alexander, artist and show committee member. “With live art demonstrations amidst 129 juried artists, there’s creative inspiration and innovative conversations for all ages, making this event a St. Louis favorite you don’t want to miss.”
