Know Before You Go

Location and Entry
  • Where - America's Center, Hall 4X
  • Entrance - Enter via the Dr. Donald M. Suggs Entrance. No entry is allowed through the Plaza or Washington entrances.
  • Signage - Look for A-frame directional signs located at 7th & Washington, 9th & MLK, and 10th & Cole to guide you to the box office.

Tickets and Pricing
  • Standard general admission pricing - $9.80
  • Early Entry (Saturday Only) -  $27.30 (Gets yo in 90 minutes early)
  • Children - Children under 12 are free but must be accompanied by an adult
  • Buying - Tickets are available online via Ticketmaster or at the on-site box office
  • Refunds - All sales are final: no refunds will be issued

  • Payments - All vendors accept cash, and most accept mobile payments like Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App
  • Price Range - Most items fall between $20–$40, though you'll find $5 bargain piles and $100+ high-end collectibles
  • Activities - Take a break from shopping at the free-play vintage arcade, the Rad Rewind Museum, or at various throwback photo ops.
Parking and Transportation
  • General Parking: More than 30,000 parking spaces are available within a 10-minute walk of America’s Center. Click here for options.
  • ADA Parking: Several ADA-accessible parking facilities are located nearby.
  • Drop-off/Pick-up: Guests with physical limitations should use the Suggs lobby at 9th Street and Dr. Martin Luther King Dr.
  • Public Transportation: The Convention Center MetroLink stop is at 6th and Washington. Visit www.metrostlouis.org for more information.
Facility Policies
  • Bag Policy: There are no bag size restrictions for this event.
  • Re-Entry: Attendees may exit and re-enter with a handstamp obtained at the Dr. Suggs lobby entrance.
  • Food & Drink: Outside food is prohibited unless necessary for dietary needs. Individual snacks and water bottles are permitted, but coolers and large food orders are not.
  • Concessions: Levy Restaurants provides on-site dining options. Note that concessions are cash-free (debit, credit, Google Pay, or Apple Pay only).
  • ATM: Located in the Plaza Lobby near the Ferrara Theatre. To access, you must exit via the Suggs entrance and re-enter the Convention Center at 8th and Washington.
  • Service Animals: Service animals (and those in training) are welcome. No other pets are permitted.
  • Smoking: America’s Center is a smoke-free facility, including e-cigarettes. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside the Suggs entrance.
  • Weapons: Weapons are strictly prohibited.
