No matter your age, interests or budget, you’ll find something fun to do in St. Louis this weekend.
The St. Louis Jewish Book Festival invites the public to a thought-provoking literary event on Thursday, January 16, at 7pm. This “Bookend” event complements the Book Festival’s main event by bringing Jewish authors to St. Louis throughout the year for the public to get their literary fix. This crucial, eye-opening book event brings Brian Joseph, author of “Vegas Concierge,” to the J to shed light on the dark realities of sex trafficking within the vibrant city of Las Vegas. The evening will feature a poignant discussion on how sex trafficking operates, the challenges faced by survivors, and what individuals and communities can do to support anti-trafficking efforts. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in a meaningful Q&A session, gaining insights into both the severity of the issue and how we can all contribute in the fight against it.
