Partnership Sales & Services Manager

Explore St. Louis has an immediate opening for a Partnership Sales & Services Manager within our Partnership Department. Primary duties include; generating new partners and secure retention of current partners, through telephone, email and personal visits. This position will generate new sales and work to maintain lasting partners. Will be required to conduct sales visits to potential clients and locations and will identify and develop accounts as assigned.

The ideal candidate will be able to build and maintain business relationships; must have knowledge of the St. Louis community, area attractions and venues. Experience with the hospitality industry preferred. Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years sales/marketing experience. Must be able to work a flexible schedule and obtain and keep a valid driver’s license. Event Coordinator

Duties include: conducting site visits, gathering show information, composing event specs, conducting meetings & participating in on-site event implementation. Public Safety Supervisor

Explore St. Louis / America’s Center seeks a full-time Public Safety Supervisor to perform the following duties:  supervise daily activities of in-house and contracted public safety personnel, coordinate employee schedules, and manage policies / procedures.  Will also guard and patrol the facility premises. Guest Service Hosts

Explore St. Louis is currently seeking  part time Guest Service Hosts to work miscellaneous shows and events for the Dome at America’s Center.  Guest Service Hosts will greet guests in a friendly and warm manner, assists guests to their seating areas, and answer questions in response to inquiries about the shows and events. Ticket Sellers

Explore St. Louis is currently seeking hourly/per performance Ticket Sellers to sell tickets for events being held in the America’s Center Complex, which includes the Dome at America’s Center. Sellers are responsible for over-the-counter ticket sales, will call and other Box Office functions. Sellers will answers questions in response to inquiries about the shows and events. SLCVC / America’s Center seeks a full time Dispatch Officer to monitor and operate the Building Automation Systems which include the CCTV, Fire and Lighting control system for monitoring building property and the HVAC BAS Systems. Must have computer knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel, the ability to effectively communicate information to Public Safety Officers & building staff and initiate work orders and incident reports. Minimum of a High School diploma or GED, one to two years related experience. Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office. This is a 24/7 operation.
