About
Since its founding in 1852, Anheuser-Busch has honored its historic brewing methods, maintaining the tradition of brewing the finest beers, one batch at a time. Nestled in the historic Soulard neighborhood of St. Louis, our largest and oldest brewery site was selected based on its access to the Mississippi River, the large presence of German immigrants in the 1800’s, and the natural cave formations that were used to store beer prior to artificial refrigeration. Regardless of the experience you choose, as you walk through the halls of the historic St. Louis brewery, you are transported in time. You will realize the vision that became one of the largest and oldest breweries in the nation. From the history-rich architecture - including three National Historic Landmarks - to cutting-edge brewing technology, you will witness first-hand the heritage and timeless tradition Anheuser-Busch employs to brew beer. Our tour options include the following: Beermaster Tour / $15 - $40 / 150 minutes • Exclusive access to behind-the-scenes areas • Small group, an intimate experience • Knowledgeable, experienced guides • Visit the bottling line up close and personal • Drink Budweiser directly out of the finishing tanks • A commemorative hat and glass to take home Finisher / $20 / 45 minutes • Short and sweet • The only tour that visits our primary fermentation cellar, SH20, to see our giant fermentation vessels • Drink Budweiser directly out of the finishing tanks • A commemorative hat and glass to take home Clydesdale VIP Experience / $10 - $30 / 60 minutes • Meet a Budweiser Clydesdale in person • Behind-the-scenes access to the Clydesdale stables • Q&A with a Clydesdale handler • A shorter tour, geared towards families Day Fresh Tour / $5 - $15 / 75 minutes • Our most popular experience • Comprehensive, see it all • Affordable & doesn’t take all day • Enjoy a day fresh beer pulled right off of the packaging line
