This Roman Catholic Church, a major landmark in the city of St. Louis, is open to visitors daily. Masses are at 7 a.m., 8 a.m. and 12:05 p.m., Mon.-Fri.; 8 a.m, 10 a.m., noon and 5 p.m. on Sun. Byzantine-style interior with one of the world's largest collection of mosaic art: 83,000 sq. ft. Tours Mon.-Fri., 10 a.m.-3 p.m.

The endless mosaics will leave you in awe as to how this basilica was constructed. The place gave me the chills simply because I've never been to a church as majestic as this one.

The 14 million tiles on the walls and ceiling are beautiful. Religious or not you can't deny how beautiful this church is.

If you admire art, history and engineering, you have to stop by this place. The interior, especially its domes, are something to behold. Free tours are offered, Tom was our guide and he was awesome...
