Cibare Italian Kitchen is bringing Little Italy to The Best City in St. Louis, featuring classic Italian recipes prepared to perfection. The dinner menu features a delicious selection of house-made pasta, Neapolitan-style pizza and entrees made with locally sourced ingredients. House specialties will include Cibare's Toasted Ravioli, Bucatini All' Amatriciana and Chicken Scaloppini Sofia. Cibare opened under the leadership of Chef de Cuisine Pierpaolo Pittia, a certified "Italian Culinary Master Chef" by the Italian Academia Barilla. Originally from Udine, Italy, Pittia's experience in the U.S. includes work in the kitchens of world-class restauranteur, Piero Selvaggio; at Valentino in The Venetian Las Vegas and Fiamma Trattoria & Bar inside MGM Grand Las Vegas. From the communal wooden tables and walk-up counter with imported meats and cheeses, to the fresh baked breads, hand-rolled pastas and Italian wines and cocktails, everything about Cibare Italian Kitchen is steeped in Mediterranean charm for a truly authentic dining experience.
