About
Founded in 2007, Meskerem Ethiopian Restaurant is known for our excellent and authentic Ethiopian cuisine. The restaurant is named after the first month of the Ethiopian calendar - a symbol of new beginnings and a renewal of hope. Ethiopian cuisine is not only a style of food, but a way to eat. Traditionally, no silverware is used and the injera bread is used to pick up bites of your entree. This unique experience is what we believe can bring old friends together and create new friendships surrounded by the native and rich culture of Ethiopia.
