Take the tour. It's low cost and the guide does a A+ job putting you back in 1821 Missouri! ShowMe!!

If you are interested in history, particularly the early history of Missouri, this is a good place to visit. I would really recommend taking the tour. The fee for the tour is very reasonable. But...

Interesting stop. Lived here for years and one day my wife suggested we take the tour. Tour guide did a good job of imagining for us what it was like to live in St. Charles in the early 1800s.
