From the ruins of its past life, Washington Avenue has been resurrected to become one of the trendiest and hottest spots in St. Louis.

After over $100 million in renovations, this once desolate street has become the perfect combination of modern chic meets classic 19th century architecture lined with beautiful lofts, eclectic boutiques and restaurants and exciting nightlife.
