Break out the streamers and noisemakers and get ready to count down. From parties, to live music, to family-oriented fun, St. Louis has something for everyone on New Year’s Eve. Here are a variety of ways to ring in 2013 in St. Louis.

First Night Grand Center
One of the biggest New Year’s Eve celebrations in St. Louis is First Night in Grand Center. This family-friendly, alcohol free event draws nearly 15,000 people who enjoy an evening of singing, dancing and art. It all begins at 6 p.m.  with 60 performances at more than 12 venues, two free fantastic firework displays and free outdoor shows throughout the evening. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children in advance and $12 for adults and $6 for children at the door.

Funny Bone
If you’re looking for a great laugh on New Year’s Eve head to the Funny Bone. It’s one of the St. Louis area’s top comedy clubs bringing in popular comedians from all around the country. New Year’s Eve Pere Marquette Lodge
Plan a New Year’s Eve getaway at Pere Marquette Lodge in Grafton. The lodge’s NYE party includes appetizers, cocktails, a buffet dinner, entertainment and a champagne toast at midnight. Then enjoy a night in one of the lodge’s rooms plus a breakfast buffet the next morning. The cost for the this great getaway package is $369 per couple.

Noontime New Year’s Eve at the Magic House
Ring in the New Year a little bit early with a Noontime New Year celebration at the Magic House. On December 31 from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm, New Year’s revelers of all ages are invited to join the festivities. Dance to music, make wish wands and noise makers, march in a noisy parade through the museum and participate in a special countdown to noon!

Rock N Roll New Year’s Eve at Lemp’s Grand Hall
New Year’s Eve at the Lemp Mansion is an evening of food, drinks and entertainment. The celebration in the Grand Hall is from 8:00 p.m. until 12:30 a.m. It includes a prime rib dinner, open bar, midnight toast and a balloon drop. $65 per person

New years eve at Three Sixty
Ring in 2013 at Three Sixty with an over the top New Year celebration complete with a DJ and an extravagant laser show. With sweeping views of the city and a bevy of exciting cocktails Three Sixty is the ultimate destination for the biggest party of the year. $25 cover charge starting at 9 pm, $30 after 10pm

St. Louis Symphony Orchestra New Year’s Eve Celebration
What will the St. Louis Symphony be playing at its annual New Year’s Eve concert? You’ll have to go to find out. The program for the evening is always a secret, but conductor David Robertson promises a memorable evening at Powell Hall. The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $35 to $120.

Hyatt Ultimate NYE Party
The Hyatt Regency at The Arch invites everyone to the Ultimate New Year’s Eve Party. The celebration includes music from local favorites the Dave Glover Band, Groovethang, Joe Dirt and the Dirty Boys and Plastic. There’s also open bar, buffet dinner, balloon drop and champagne toast at midnight. Prices start at $399 per couple including a one-night stay at the hotel.

Party at the Millennium Hotel
The Grand Ballroom at the Millennium Hotel in Downtown St. Louis will be filled with celebrators from 8 p.m. to 1a.m. The party features live music from the Smash Band and The Rhythm Rockers, gourmet hors d’oeurvers and an open bar. At midnight, enjoy a champagne toast, party favors and a balloon drop. Tickets are $120 a person or $241 per couple

Chaumette Winery
Enjoy an afternoon at Chaumette Winery full of wine tasting, shopping in their gift shop and sitting by the fire. Follow it up with an early New Year’s Eve dinner, prepared by Executive Chef Adam Lambay.

Mosaic Downtown St. Louis New Year’s Eve Dinner and Lounge Party
Mosaic Restaurant in downtown St. Louis is offering a four-course dinner for $59 a person followed by a NYE Party at Mosaic Lounge with DJ Lust, dancing and champagne toast.

New Year’s Eve at Westport Plaza
Celebrate the New Year at Westport Plaza with an evening filled with excitement. Start the night out with a spectacular fireworks display at 6:00 p.m., then enjoy a free carriage ride, dinner and entertainment at many of the area’s restaurants.

Off Broadway New Year’s Eve Party
There will be plenty of great music on New Year’s Eve at Off Broadway. And better yet, admission is free! Acts scheduled to perform include The Blind Eyes, Kentucky Knife Fight and Dino’s House Band. The doors open at 7:30 p.m. and the show begins at 8:00 p.m.

New Year’s Eve at Cielo Bar and Restaurant
Enjoy a great view of Downtown this New Year’s Eve at Cielo Bar and Restaurant at the Four Seasons St. Louis. A live DJ will provide the sound track for those dancing on one of the two dance floors. Drink specials will run all night with the bar open until 3:00 a.m.

New Year’s Eve Bash at Llywelyn’s Pub
Come and join Llywelyn’s Pub in celebration of New Years Eve Countdown to 2013! Their all inclusive party package includes: 3 course dinner, open bar, party favors, live DJ and champagne toast at midnight. All inclusive packages available at WingHaven and Webster Groves locations only. Only $75 per person or $130 per couple.

Irish NYE at McGurk’s
Celebrate New Year’s at one of the top Irish pub. McGurk’s in Soulard is hosting a bash with live music from The Darrells on the main stage and a DJ spinning tunes in the outdoor heated pavilion. Dinner options include a special four-course meal or regular menu items.
